 Payment Terms: The Client agrees to pay Adx Media the fees specified in the proposal or contract. Payment terms, including installment schedules and any additional charges, will be clearly outlined in the agreement. Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension or termination of services.

Termination: Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice in the event of a material breach by the other party. The Client agrees to pay for any services rendered up to the date of termination. Adx Media reserves the right to terminate services if the Client fails to fulfill payment obligations.

Confidentiality: Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trade secrets, or confidential data disclosed during the course of the engagement. This includes but is not limited to marketing strategies, campaign data, and client information.

Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, developed or used by Adx Media in the course of providing services shall remain the property of Adx Media unless otherwise specified in writing. The Client may not use, reproduce, or distribute such intellectual property without explicit permission.

 Client Responsibilities: The Client agrees to provide Adx Media with timely and accurate information necessary for the provision of digital marketing services. Any delays caused by the Client, including the approval process, may affect the timeline and delivery of services.

Data Protection: Adx Media will take reasonable measures to protect any data provided by the Client. The Client acknowledges that Adx Media may use data analytics tools and software to optimize marketing campaigns. Adx Media will comply with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
